| Description: Duties include but are not limited to: Escort patients to & from exam rooms, physician offices & treatment room as appropriate; record patient data prior to each physician visit; obtain all necessary patient records as required by physician & assures appropriate consent has been obtained prior to treatment; prepare and stocks exam/treatment rooms & orders supplies; assist physicians with exams & procedures; obtain blood specimens; maintains all exam/treatment room disinfection protocols; answer patient telephone calls; phones in scripts. |
Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent is required. Medical Assistant Certified and a minimum 3-year experience as a Medical Assistant. Phlebotomy experience is a must.

Must be a graduate of an accredited program for professional nursing education. 3-5 years of experience in med/surgical, office, home infusion experience. Oncology nursing experience preferred. Strong infusion skills are a plus. Current NYS RN license required. Would need to float to Gloversville.

| Description: Administers radiation therapy treatments to patients under the direction of a radiation oncologist and chief radiation therapist. |
Requirements:
ARRT registration, NYS licensure and three+ years experience in radiation therapy are required. Experience with IMPAC, IGRT desired.
